Interactive Media Corporation reserves the right to make periodic modification of this product without obligation to notify any person or entity of such revision. Copying, duplicating, selling, or otherwise distributing any part of this product without the prior, written consent of an authorized representative of Interactive Media Corporation, is prohibited.

• IMC grants you a non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, license to use one copy of the enclosed software on a single computer. You may not duplicate the software, except to make one backup copy or to install onto the hard disk of your computer.
• You may not place copies of the ActionLine Editor or the ActionLine Viewer on any web server, or distribute ActionLine electronically. You may place the Java Viewer on your web server, in conjunction with Java applets you create using ActionLine.
For the purposes of this section, “use” means loading the Software into RAM, as well as installation on a hard disk or other storage device.
The software and accompanying graphic, sound and video files contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material and in order to protect them you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the software to human-perceivable form. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, distribute or create derivative works based upon the software.
• Export Law Assurances. You agree and certify that neither ActionLine nor any other technical data received from IMC will be exported outside the United States except as authorized and as permitted by the laws and regulations of the United States.
This license shall be effective until termination. You may terminate this license by destroying all copies of the software and documentation. IMC may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any provision of this license agreement.
• Limited Warranty
The software and documentation are provided to you “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind. IMC, its distributors and dealers, make no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, as to the software and its documentation, including the condition of the software and the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. IMC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this software, and in no event, shall IMC’s liability exceed the purchase price of the software and documentation.
This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
IMC warrants that the medium containing the software shall be free of defects for a period of 90 days after purchase.
